If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases, you can request to return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Customers wanting to return/exchange item(s) should contact us via email and we will get this sorted for you!
Returns are only accepted in the original resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted if worn, de-shaped, de-coloured, customised, misused, washed, or in a non-resalable condition.
Please email us if you have a fault with your item so we can fix the problem for you asap.
The customer is liable for the cost of postage and packaging on any returned items. We recommend returning the goods by registered / insured post.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties.
Once the items are received by us and processed, a refund will be credited by the same method of payment with which you made your original payment. Refunds can take 3 working days to reflect in your account.
